Permanent Overrides for Trusted and Threat IPs
Some IPs should never be blocked. Others should never get through. IP Settings gives you two direct override lists that sit on top of rate limiting — with a searchable, paginated table to manage them.
Without IP Management
Your own office IP might get locked out after a mistyped password. Known attackers who switch tactics keep getting attempts within the rate limit window.
How It Works
Whitelisted IPs skip all rate limiting checks. Blacklisted IPs are blocked before any attempt counting begins. Both lists are checked first, every time.
What You Get
Your team’s IPs always get through. Known bad actors never do. A clean paginated table lets you search and manage both lists at any time.
Two Lists, Total Precision
The rate limiter handles automated attack patterns. IP Settings handles the exceptions — trusted people who should never be stopped, and specific bad actors who should never get in regardless of how careful they are.
Whitelist — Always allow
Add your office IP, home IP, developer IPs, and agency IPs here. They bypass the rate limiter entirely and can always log in, even if they’ve had recent failed attempts. Prevents accidental lockouts for legitimate users.
Blacklist — Always block
Add IPs from your Security Logs that show persistent attack patterns. They’re blocked immediately on any login request, before any attempt counting happens. Rate limit settings have no effect on blacklisted IPs.
Searchable IP table
All entries are displayed in a paginated table with Type badge (Whitelist/Blacklist), IP address, and creation timestamp. Filter by type, search by IP, and remove any entry with one click.
